This first bidder auction has a starting price that will decrease over time at a certain interval. The first person to bid on the item will automatically win the auction. The seller will be contacted with the winning bid, and if he accepts it, the bidder will be awarded the item. If the seller feels the price is not enough or he has already sold it , he could decline the bid, end the auction or counter with a offer to the buyer if it is still for sale. The buyer can accept the offer or decline. If the buyer declines the offer, the auction will be voided, releasing the buyer and seller for any obligation to this auction.
